5.1 Flight Bookings

When you make a booking through Traveliya:

• You are making an offer to purchase the selected flight(s) at the displayed price
• A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email with your e-ticket(s)
• All passenger information must exactly match the traveler's government-issued identification
• You are responsible for verifying all booking details before confirming your purchase

5.2 Pricing

Prices displayed on Traveliya:

• Are subject to availability and may change until the booking is confirmed
• Include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated
• Are displayed in the currency selected on our platform
• May differ from the final charge due to currency conversion by your payment provider

We offer a Best Price Guarantee and strive to provide competitive pricing. However, prices are determined by airlines and may fluctuate based on demand, availability, and other factors.

5.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our payment processing partner. By making a payment, you:

• Authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total booking amount
• Confirm that the payment method belongs to you or that you have authorization to use it
• Agree to Stripe's terms of service for payment processing

6. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

6.1 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on the airline and fare type selected. Before completing your booking, please review the specific cancellation terms displayed for your selected flight(s).

6.2 Flight Changes

Requests to change flight dates, times, or passenger details are subject to:

6.3 Refunds

Traveliya's service fees may be non-refundable even if the flight fare is refunded.

7. Traveler Responsibilities

As a traveler booking through Traveliya, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring all passenger names exactly match government-issued identification documents
• Obtaining all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and health certificates
• Arriving at the airport with sufficient time for check-in and security procedures
• Complying with airline baggage policies and restrictions
• Adhering to all airline rules and regulations during travel
• Checking for any travel advisories or restrictions for your destination
• Maintaining appropriate travel insurance coverage

Traveliya is not responsible for denied boarding, missed flights, or travel disruptions resulting from failure to meet these responsibilities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Traveliya provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to our Service
• We are not liable for any flight delays, cancellations, or service failures by airlines
• Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the service fees paid to Traveliya for the relevant booking
• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Nothing in these Terms shall limit our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Traveliya, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the overall design and arrangement of the Service, is the property of Traveliya or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from our Service without our prior written consent.
